Calling Us to Reshape the Public Sphere

The Conference “Pope Francis and other Prophetic Voices: Calling Us to Reshape the Public Sphere” on September 17th -18th 2015 invites people from all walks of life, all faith traditions and people more generally to listen to the prophetic message of Pope Francis and others who are calling for a profound transformation of public discourse, governance and citizenship within and between countries.

“We need to get to know each other, listen to each other and improve our knowledge of the world around us.

Sometimes after a meeting I want to arrange another one because new ideas are born and I discover new needs.

This is important: to get to know people, listen, expand the circle of ideas.” – Pope Francis
